SHIPPING & RETURNS
Thank you for shopping with us. Our delivery time includes 3-5 days for processing and orders are processed Monday - Friday. No orders are processed over the weekend or shipped over the weekend or holidays. All items are subject to availability and we must have a correct email address. You will receive an email confirmation and please check your junk mail if you haven't received your confirmation. We will also let you know if we have an issue with your order. Standard methods of shipping are USPS, FedEx ground, UPS ground and we ship to the US. Canadian (Lower Mainland BC) please contact the store for options.
In Store Pickup
For your convenience, you can shop online and pick up at the store within 1 hour or less. When adding items to your cart, choose "in store pickup" if item is available in store. You will get a confirmation email when your item is ready for pickup. For faster service, please bring your confirmation email and government issued ID to the store and an associate will gladly deliver your items.
We hope you are pleased with or products. If not, all items must be in NEW/RESELLABLE condition with tags. Shoes must be returned within 7 days unmarred with everything else can be returned within 15 days. No refunds/returns on compression socks. No refunds for used (included smoke), washed, no tag scrubs. Thank you for your business.
