RETURN POLICY

Returns

We hope you are pleased with or products. If not, all items must be in NEW/RESELLABLE condition with tags. Shoes must be returned within 14 days unmarred with everything else can be returned within 15 days. No refunds/returns on compression socks. No refunds for used (included smoke), washed, no tag scrubs. For more specific return policy information please see below:

  • Returns must be in NEW, UNUSED, RESALEABLE condition WITH TAGS ON within 30 days of purchase

  • Shoes must be UNMARRED, UNUSED, RESALEABLE condition within 14 days of purchase

  • The 30 day return window begins on the first date of receiving a phone call that your items are ready for in-store pickup

  • In-stock merchandise allowable for return under the above Return Policy

  • Non-stock merchandise subject to 20% RESTOCK FEE and includes colors, styles and sizes not carried in-store
