DUTIES

• Exceptional customer service

• Previous retail or customer service experience

• Actively work with receiving, ticketing, stocking, replenishing, folding, hanging, merchandising, and displaying garments per Choices’ aesthetic

• Process transactions on a register. Accurately process cash and credit payments, issue receipts and pack merchandise for our customers while retaining rapport with customers.

• Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

• Self-motivated and ability to work alone or as part of a team

• Flexible hours: Must have some evening, weekend, and holiday availability.

• Follow the store’s opening and closing procedures

• Light cleaning (vacuuming, dusting, bathrooms, removing trash and recycle)

• Participate in stocking inventory

• Have reliable transportation

• Adhere to our loss prevention policies​
